_{Wedge Wood of Palm Harbor's first phase of construction began in 1984, with phase four being completed in 1986. We are a tree-lined townhome community located north of CR95, nestled between US19 and West Lake roads in the Census Designated Place of Palm Harbor, Florida. Sitting on approximately 0.08 square miles, the community offers a man-made pond and amenities, including a clubhouse, pool & hot tub.}

_{In Person: Pick up a new form at the office if you prefer between 10 am and 4 pm, sign it, and leave it there.}

_{Drop the form off at the office or deposit it in one of our drop boxes.}

_{In the coming days, Board Members will be walking around the community to pick up the form.}

Why This Matters Now

Our association has already invested thousands of dollars to meet these state requirements. We have a firm deadline of May 1, 2026, to submit our package. If we do not have the required participation by then, the current process will lapse. Starting over would cost the community additional thousands in new fees and legal costs.
