We are absolutely delighted to introduce Ashley Chiorando (LCAM, CMCA, AMS) as the new Community Association Manager for Wedge Wood of Palm Harbor HOA, starting May 11, 2026!

 

Ashley brings an incredible 15+ years of experience in the community association management industry, building a distinguished career rooted in leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for community engagement. Her journey from receptionist to Division President at Sentry Management showcases her hands-on experience and dedication to fostering harmonious living environments. Ashley has successfully guided many communities through transitions, improving operations and enhancing the resident experience.

 

We are confident that her proactive, transparent, and highly approachable style is the perfect match for Wedge Wood. She is truly committed to being a visible partner, ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly while building on the wonderful progress our community has already achieved. Ashley is a strong advocate for open communication, regular Board meetings, and keeping residents informed and engaged.
