chevron_rightWhen are HOA fees due? All HOA maintenance fees are due on the first of each month. If the first day of the month falls on a weekend, then they are due by the next business day.

chevron_rightWhat are the hours of our maintenance crew? The maintenance crew is on-site Monday - Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. They can be reached in an emergency by calling the after hours maintenance number.

chevron_rightWhen is our Annual Members Meeting? The Wedge Wood's Annual Members Meeting has been set in our Bylaws to be held on the last Thursday of March at 7 pm.

chevron_rightWhere is the Annual Members Meeting held? As stipulated in our Bylaws, the Wedge Wood Membership meeting MUST be held within Pinellas County. As of 2026, the Annual Meeting will be held at the Live Oaks Bible Church in Palm Harbor, located at 6900 County Road 95, Palm Harbor, FL 34684

chevron_rightCan Wedge Wood Members attend Board Meetings? Yes, all Wedge Wood owners have the right to attend, and they are encouraged to do so.

chevron_rightWhen and where does the Board of Directors meet? The Wedge Wood meets monthly on the last Thursday at the Wedge Wood Clubhouse. In the event that day falls on a holiday or our Annual Members Meeting, the Board meets on the Thursday prior.

chevron_rightAre residents allowed to speak at the Board meetings? Not during the meeting when the Board is conducting business on behalf of the community. Residents are entitled and encouraged to attend Board of Directors meetings to see the Board working on the members' behalf. After the Board has finished its business, it may elect to open the floor for members to speak and share their opinions on agenda items from that meeting.

chevron_rightWho's responsible for throwing away trash? All Unit owners and renters are responsible for throwing away their trash in the designated dumpsters and sealing it in proper garbage bags. Large items such as furniture and appliances MUST be properly hauled off at the owner's or renter's expense and not left in the dumpster areas for our maintenance staff to handle. Anyone caught doing so will face fines and may lose access privileges to amenities.

chevron_rightIs it safe for small children to throw away trash in the dumpsters? No, small children must not be allowed to enter or play in the dumpster area for safety and liability reasons.

chevron_rightHow do I get a mailbox key when I move in or if I lose it? You would have to go to the Palm Harbor Post Office located on Alt-19 and request a new key.

chevron_rightHow do I make a formal complaint? At this time, a formal complaint must be in writing and sent to the office.

chevron_rightHow many parking spaces do I have? All units are assigned two parking spaces.

chevron_rightWhat is the number of my parking space? It is the same as your unit number. If you are in unit 34D, your parking spots are labeled on the parking curb "34D"

chevron_rightCan I park in the parking spot marked GUEST? While the HOA prefers you park in your assigned space, you may park in a spot marked 'Guest'. Please note: Guest parking is first-come, first-served and not assigned.
